Some critical bugs were fixed in the DMX USB driver.

2004-09-01 - Ethereal Artnet plugin update

The Artnet Plugin now displays DMX values in a beter to read form. Via the preferences dialog the number of columns, and display type (hexadecimal, decimal or procent) can be changed.

2004-07-04 - A libmpc8xx patch for GDB 6.1.1 is available

A libmpc8xx patch for GDB 6.1.1 is now available for download. This patch offers the same BDM functionality as the one for GDB 5.3.

2004-02-19 - New Ethereal release

Version 0.10.1 of Ethereal has been released, this version included updates of the RTmac, TDMA and RTcfg protocols. It also has some very nice GUI and functionality upgrades.

2003-11-10 - New GDB patch for libmpc8xx

A new patch for GDB is available that fixes a problem with GDB insight's GUI not responding. Thanks to Leon Pollak for helping with debugging this problem.

2003-11-04 - Ethereal version 0.9.16 released

Version 0.9.16 of Ethereal is out, it includes the initial support for ACN, and a number of other bug fixes and improvements.

2003-10-23 - Nuna II breaks all records in the World Solar Challenge!

2003-10-14 - First ACN plugin for Ethereal in CVS

The first plugin for ACN is checked in into the Ethereal CVS. Of course this still needs a lot of work , also because ACN is still in development and currently in public review.

2003-10-11 - First libartnet sources are available

A first alpha version of libartnet is available for download. Keep in mind that this library is still under development and until the release of version 1.0.0 the API will be in state of flux.

2003-09-10 - Ethereal version 0.9.15 released

Verion 0.9.15 of Ethereal has been released, this version includes updates of the Art-Net protocol, bug fixes for RT-Net, and lot of other improvements. Please check the Ethereal page for more information.

2003-08-24 - Ethereal Art-Net plugin update

An update of the Ethereal Art-Net plugin is checked in CVS. This update will show up in the next release of Ethereal ( 0.9.15 )

2003-08-16 - RT-Net Ethreal bug fix

This patch fixes a bug in the RT-Net Ethereal plugin, that caused it to crash when trying to view ARP/IP in RTMAC frames.

2003-06-06 - RTNET Ethereal plugin

A first beta version of the Ethereal plugin is now available for download.

2003-05-19 - New GDB patch for mpc8xx

A new patch for GDB to support extra config options to find the libmpc8xx and its include files when they weren't installed in a system directory.

2003-05-03 - New Ethereal version with ArtNET support.

Ethereal version 0.9.12 with ArtNET support is released, links to the sources and windows installers can be found on the Ethereal page.

2003-05-02 - New libmpc8xx version

The 0.0.3 release of the libmpc8xx with a new patch for GDB. It solves some minor issues with power failure recognition. And a small bug in the GDB patch that would not make it react to control-C.

2003-04-21 - Art-NET plugin checked into Ethereal CVS

The Ethereal Art-NET plugin now is checked into the official Ethereal CVS and will be part of the next Ethereal release. The binaries for that release I will also make available here.

2003-04-17 - First Ethereal Art-NET plugin released

The first release of the Ethereal Art-NET plugin. There are still some minor issues but it works, and is a lot easier to use than counting bytes.

2003-03-25 - MPC8xx Library in CVS

The libmpc8xx library is now checked into Source Forge CVS, so when you want the most up to date version get it by anonymous CVS from Source Forge (instructions can be found on the Source Forge pages).

2003-03-20 - MPC8xx Library at Source Forge

The MPC8xx Library now has a Source Forge project page. Shortly the sources will be checked into CVS there and the downloads will be made available. Two mailing list are available too, one for users and one for developers of the library.

2003-03-19 - Version 0.0.2 of the MPC8XX library is available.

A new version of the MPC8XX library is available, a number of smaller bugs that have been reported by users have been fixed. The old GDB patch still works with this version and a recompile of GDB should not be needed (what else would be the point of using shared libraries :-)

2003-03-14 - MPC8XX bug report by Jonathan Pratt.

Jonathan Pratt of Inspiration Technology P/L sent me a very detailed problem report on building the MPC8xx library, and some minor non critical bugs in the library itself. I will fix those ASAP which means after Monday.

2003-03-13 - Updated MPC8XX GDB patch.

Thanks to Philippe Gerum the MPC8XX GDB patch now has a configuration option --enable-mpc8xx, and the configuration script will find out if you have the library installed in the first place.

2003-03-12 - First test version of MPC8XX Library.

The first beta version of the MPC8XX library and a GDB 5.3 patch are available for download. The GDB patch still needs some fine tuning and help update but it works.
